How to encourage English department students to speak English more often and confidently

English is a very influential language in the world. For example Indonesia, many people who try to speak English. In indonesia many universities are organizing English department. This proves that English is a very important language in this modern era. But unfortunately many students who can not speak English well. This is caused due to lack vocab, lack of practice, lack of confidence. So that, how to encourage English department students to speak English more often and confidently?

Firstly, we must realize that we have chosen English department as our study program.

Secondly, make English as needs to communicate in the class or outside of the class.

Thirdly,  we should often to add our vocab and practice our ability such as listening music, watching film, listening speech that the western as speaker.

Lastly, don’t be afraid to try to dialogue with the foreign and it’s one way to improve speaking English. 

Don’t forget to countinue to learning English and be confident to advance our ability as well as possible. It is modern era we can learn using many medias so take it easy!
